Need: Gulfstream Casino, Park and Raceway opened up a new club membership, and wanted to approach guests on the property every weekend in order to spread awareness of the many benefits of joining. The promotional models were to encourage guests to join, as well as point out the newest facilities and amenities on the property that guests should check out.
How we approached it: The Kat Agency created a 3 month program using the same team of 4 promotional models per weekend. Appointing a Team Lead for each weekend, the client was able to communicate with the team effectively and seamlessly. We created customized outfits to make the girl stand out, and scripts to follow. The Kat Agency’s Promotional Models split the team in half, and walked the grounds every friday, Saturday and Sunday to ensure interaction with every guests.
Results: The promotion was so successful that we had to limit the girls to only 1 day a week as the Membership Office could not keep up with the requests to join. By the 6th week, there was a line out the door and a waiting list to join. Having achieved such substantial results, The Kat Agency was noticed by numerous brands participating in the races and events at Gulfstream Park, and enjoys a relationship with numerous equestrian partners to this day.
